Directed by its Mission, the Moab Music Festival provides “cultural enrichment and education” in the local community. Since 1992, these efforts have produced a variety of programs for both children and adults, helping them learn more about music and explore their own musical talents and interests.

Festival Artists-in-Residence are various professional musicians who to spend time in Moab, conducting classes for adults and/or children, coaching local musical groups and producing musical performance events for the community.

School Assemblies

Every child enrolled in the Grand County School District enjoys an assembly during the fall Festival, in which two of the Festival's programs is presented in an accessible format to students and supported by materials provided to the teachers.
