Cataract Canyon, Colorado River
Event Description:

Lovers of music, nature, and outdoor adventure will find the custom 4-day /3-night Musical Raft Trip on the Colorado River to be the experience of a lifetime. Called "a feast for all senses”, the trip kicks off with a spectacular Grotto II concert experience as part of Day I. Rafting downriver,  patrons enjoy unique and memorable concerts by world-class artists along the river each day and at camp each evening, with days filled with the magnificence and variety of river life and culture, and "adventure with a touch of class" provided by Sherri Griffith River Expeditions, an official consessionnaire for the National Park Service. Starting in a flat-water section, and progressing to an exhilarating run through world-famous Cataract Canyon during the last two days, the river portion of the trip ends at Lake Powell's Hite Marina, where participants are treated to a scenic flight with Redtail Air Adventures, over Canyonlands National Park and the Colorado River. Participants return to Moab late on the evening of the last day.

Each day's unique, intimate concerts include beautiful classical chamber music. The specifics of the musical repertoire will be added to this website mid-January as the program becomes available.
